ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to forbear the third respondent from making any change in the patta given to the petitioner's family in Survey No.4975 in T.S.No.5 situated at Hakkiam Ajmalkhan Road, Madurai North, Madurai. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that already the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai passed an order, dated 23.08.2016 cancelling the patta granted in the name of the petitioner and directed the Tahsildar to restore its original position. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.11827 of 2016 is closed.
