Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's application dated 05.02.2021 for regularisation of his Plots bearing No.22, 23, 46,47 in comprised in S.No.58/6 and T.S.No. 8/5P, measuring to an extent of 117.10 sq.m in each plots situated in Sri Ramakrishna Nagar, Chinnampuliyampatti Village, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar without asking 10 % open space reservation under the scheme of G.O.Ms No.172, Housing and Urban Development (UD4 (3) Department, dated 13.10.2017 of the 1st respondent within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief : "to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's application dated 05.02.2021 for regularisation of his Plots bearing No.22, 23, 46,47 in comprised in S.No.58/6 and T.S.No. 8/5P , measuring to an extent of 117.10 sq.m in each plots situated in Sri Ramakrishna Nagar, Chinnampuliyampatti Village,

Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar without asking 10 % open space reservation under the scheme of G.O.Ms No.172, Housing and Urban Development (UD4 (3) Department, dated 13.10.2017 of the 1st respondent."

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that upon applying online, the application will be considered.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

4. In view of the present digitalized mode of filing applications, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application online along with all annexures. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass orders within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of the application from the petitioner. In case of rejection of the application, a speaking order shall be passed.

5. With the above directions. this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
