This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Melur, Madurai District, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.208 of 2010, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court. 1/3

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. 3.The petitioner is the 1st defendant in O.S.No.208 of 2010 filed by the first respondent herein for the relief of declaration. According to the petitioner, the suit is pending from the year 2010 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4. Considering the fact that the suit is more than 14 years old, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.208 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
