ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that his complaint dated 06.06.2025 has not been enquired by the respondent Police, has filed this writ petition.
2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint that his coconut trees have been damaged by the 3rd respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.470 of 2025 and since there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, they have closed the complaint advising the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Civil Court.
4. The petitioner has approached this Court that the 3rd respondent has caused damage to the crops raised by him and coconut trees. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced certain photographs for the damage caused by the 3rd respondent.
5. This Court is unable to understand the manner in which the complaint has been closed by the respondent Police.

6. Therefore, the respondent Police is directed to file a counter affidvit for the averments made by the petitioner for not taking action on his complaint dated 06.06.2025.
7. Post the matter on 07.07.2025.
