The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to include the petitioner institution in the seat matrix for admission to Dr.NB in Surgical Oncology Course for the academic session 2026-2027 in the forthcoming Counselling and to allot candidates for the said course.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the name of the petitioner Institution has been included in the seat matrix for admission to Dr.NB in Surgical Oncology Course for the academic session 2026-2027.

3.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

4.There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
