ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC Crime No.299 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid one Rajendran on 26.07.2018 and attacked him with wooden stick and had taken away one cell phone. Based on the complaint given by the said Rajendran, the respondent police registered First Information Report.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there was wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the salesman belonging to the tasmac shop and therefore a false case has been foisted against the petitioner. Thereafter two cases have been registered as if two incidents took place on 26.07.2018 and 27.07.2018. He would further submit that the petitioner is in judicial custody for morethan 65 days. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was involved in two cases of similar nature. It was also submitted that the investigation is almost completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taking into consideration , the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and that the investigation is almost completed in this case,this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandhur (ii)the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 08/10/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
