RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.00 AM until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 13077 of 2021 Dt. 12.01.2022 in Crime No. 19 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13077 of 2021 dated 12.01.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.
