[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN,J.] The petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned communication dated 03.03.2017 issued by the first respondent herein.

2. According to the writ petitioner, the first respondent has no jurisdiction to cause eviction of the writ petitioner.

3. The impugned communication states that the writ petitioner should remove the encroachment on or before 31.03.2017 and if he does not do so, steps will be taken to remove the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

encroachment through Police aid and Revenue Department.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that due process of law will be followed by the second respondent before effecting any such removal.

5. We place this submission on record. This writ petition is closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
