Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 15.02.2017 issued by the second respondent in his proceedings in Roc.No.16009/2016/D1 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein to remove the lock and seal of the building besides directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 01.07.2004 filed through the third respondent.
