ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai / Additional District Court, Kuzhithurai to 1/4

dispose of the suit in O.S.No.254 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub Court / Kuzhithirai.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3.The petitioner is the 3rd defendant in O.S.No.254 of 2022 filed by the first respondent herein / plaintiff for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction. According to the petitioner, even after filing of the written statement, in order to drag on the proceedings, the plaintiff has filed an interlocutory application. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.254 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
