ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to dispose the petitioner's complaint by considering the representation dated 24.02.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, a summon has been issued and the petitioner also appeared for enquiry. Subsequently, she was appeared for further enquiry. The respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation. 3.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to consider the representation, dated 24.02.2022, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
