ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to compel the petitioner to hand over the cheque bearing No.001951625012014 on the basis of the complaint dated 03.09.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.498/PG/DC-Crime/MC/2021 and it came to be closed on 30.08.2021 observing that it is purely a money dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. Since the complaint given by the 3rd respondent has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
