The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and now Patta Transfer petition also pending before the concerned Revenue authorities. In the mean while, the third respondent said to have given a complaint to the second respondent regarding civil dispute. Based on that, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. 3. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been conducted and closed the complaint as civil dispute between the parties and the second respondent is not harassing the petitioner.
