O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.31 of 2019.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, F.I.R. has been registered on 02.02.2019 in Crime No.31 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and so far no investigation has been conducted. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that now the investigation is over and they will file a final report within a period of one month.

4. In the above circumstances, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2019 and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
