O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Thanjavur to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his petition for recalling the non-bailable warrant.

2. According to the petitioner, a non-bailable warrant was issued against him and the same is pending. Now, the petitioner wants to surrender before the concerned Court and also file an application to recall the non-bailable warrant and he is apprehending that his application may not be taken on the same day of his surrender.

3. Admittedly, a non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner and now the petitioner wants to surrender before the concerned Court and file an application to recall the non-bailable warrant. If the petitioner wants to surrender, it is always open to him to surrender before the concerned Court and file an application to recall the non-bailable warrant. and filing an application to recall the warrant, the learned trial Judge is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits on the same day.

4. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
