: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 18.08.2016 and the respondent to consider the representation to the letter and spirit in saving the lives and public property which are in danger at present in Madurai District as per law.

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 18.08.2016, wherein he has complained that at two places in Madurai City, hoardings and banners had been erected in violation of various orders passed by this Court.
2. Today, when the Writ Petition came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the unauthorized flex boards erected near Vilakkuthoon have been removed already and First Information Report has also been registered against the persons responsible for the same. The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that near Kattabomman - Melamasi Veedhi Road Junction, except a board put up by the Educational Department, there is no other board put up by any other individual.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
