O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, there is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and her husband, based on that, she has given a complaint before the second respondent Police on 22.09.2018, so far the second respondent Police did not conduct any enquiry on the complaint given by her, hence, the present complaint has been filed.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that based on a complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and during the enquiry, the petitioner and her husband have given a statement that they are willing to reunion and now the enquiry is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the above circumstances, now the enquiry is pending, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
