ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to reinvestigate the case in Crime No.26 of 2019 registered on the file of fourth respondent and now pending before the learned Mahila Court, Pudukkottai, in Spl.S.C.No.87 of 2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the trial has already been commenced and P.W.1 has been examined on the side of the prosecution. If at all, any grievance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.14618 of 2021 in receipt of adding the accused and adding the offences, the petitioner can very well invoke the provision under Sections 216 and 319 Cr.P.C during trial before the trial Court.

3. In view of the above, the reinvestigation cannot be ordered and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
