Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to suspend the Execution of sentence by granting bail in C.A.NO.88/2017 dated 31/07/2018 wherein he has modified the Judgement of the Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District in C.C.No.194/2015 dated 27/04/2017 till the disposal of the above Crl.R.C.

Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 7889/ 2018 :

To exempt from surrender in C.A.NO.88/2017 dated 31/07/2018 wherein he has modified the Judgement of the Fast Track Court, Magistrate Level Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District in C.C.No.194/2015 dated 27/04/2017 till the disposal of the above Crl.R.C.
