ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 09.09.2021, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in S.T.C No.14 of 2017, with in a period of two months, and the requisition letter dated 28.12.2021 in D.No.4195 of 2021, submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate(FAC), Special Judge, Special Court for Trial of cases under Prevention of corruption Act, Tiruchirappalli, this Court made the following order:

By letter, dated 28.12.2021 addressed to the Additional Registrar General), the learned District Munsif, Musiri, Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Musiri, has requested further time of three months to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.14 of 2017.

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 09.09.2021.
