ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to submit the report, as per the proceedings of the second Respondent in O.Mu.No.3093/2015/A4 dated 05.10.2015.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. According to the petitioner, there lies some disputes with regard to his land in Survey No.77/28 at Oothupatti Village,
K.Puliyankulam, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, which constrained the petitioner to lodge several complaints before the competent authority. Pursuant to the same, the second respondent, by proceedings dated 05.10.2015, directed the third respondent to take action and submit the survey report. Subsequent thereto, the third respondent has surveyed the land, but has not submitted the report before the second respondent so far and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court seeking to issue a direction to the third respondent to submit the Survey report to the second respondent, forthwith, which is also agreed by the learned Government Advocate.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited scope of relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, directs the third respondent to submit the report along with survey records to the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
