This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 30.06.2022 passed by the first respondent, transferring the third respondent and posting him as Secretary to the second respondent Society.

2. The petitioner is working as Secretary in the second respondent Society and according to him, the impugned transfer order is barred in law, as a person working in a particular grade of a Society can be transferred only to another Society of a similar grade. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent Society that the impugned transfer order has not been implemented and that the petitioner has been allowed to continue as Secretary in the second respondent Society. 2/4

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous.
