ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10439 of 2021, dated 11.08.2021.

2.Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 13.08.2021 to 21.08.2021 and thereafter, did not comply with the condition.

3.Since the petitioner has not complied with the conditions regularly, this petition is dismissed.
