The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.157 of 2026 on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu, and transfer the same to the file of the Additional District Court, Virudhunagar.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo dated 10.06.2026 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this transfer petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
