ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that enquiry is proposed to be held on 15.07.2024 at 3.30 pm. The second respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent will adhere to due process of law. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
