ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.09.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 363 and Section 5(1) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.69 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's daughter fell in love with the petitioner and on the date of occurrence, the petitioner mesmerized the victim girl by using fancy words and kidnapped her. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted an undertaking affidavit, in which it is stated that the petitioner gave an assurance to marry a victim girl, namely Shivasankari, who is the daughter of the defacto complainant, without any obligations or conditions, after attaining the age of majority.
4.The aforesaid undertaking is recorded.
5.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

6.Considering the undertaking affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Mahila Court, Pudukottai.
(iii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
