O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.15690 of 2022, dated 20.07.2022 has not been complied with. This Court, in WP(MD) No.15690 of 2022 has passed the following order:- ''3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 4 would submit that representation of the petitioner would be considered thereafter appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.

4.In view of the above submission, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2021 and report the same to the second respondent and the outcome of the same to be informed to the petitioner. The entire process to be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.''

2.Today(20.10.2023), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing a copy of the 2/4

proceedings of the Joint Commissioner, Mayiladuthurai submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. He further submits that a copy of the proceedings has also been furnished to the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed.
