When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the second respondent viz., the Revenue Divisional Officer, Trichy submitted his report to the District Revenue Officer, Trichy in his proceeding in Na.Ka.A7/769/2019, dated 09.07.2025.

2. The said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is recorded. The direction issued to the second respondent is thus complied with. As far as the direction issued to the District Revenue Officer, Trichy is concerned, the petitioner has not impleaded the District Revenue Officer, Trichy as a party in this Contempt Petition.
