This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to ensure the petitioner's participation and rights in the celebration of festival proposed to be conducted on 12.07.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for first respondent submits that the other group has filed a petition in W.P.(MD)No.15246 of 2024 and the same was also ordered by this Court on 10.07.2024, permitting all the people of the village to celebrate and participate in the temple festival.

3.Since this Court has already permitted all the said village people to celebrate and participate in the temple festival, the petitioner is also permitted to participate in the temple festival. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
