ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10444 of 2021, dated 11.08.2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that while the petitioners 1 to 3 & 5 are complying with the conditions regularly, the fourth petitioner has not complied with the condition regularly.

4. Since the petitioners 1 to 3 & 5 are complying with the condition regularly, without fail, the condition imposed on the petitioners 1 to 3 & 5 alone is fully relaxed.
