ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to provide pension and other retirement benefits, by calculating half of the temporary service from 26.04.1991 to 31.07.2009 along with permanent service from 01.08.2009 to 30.11.2010, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2015 is directed to be considered by the respondents, on merits, for which, the learned counsel appearing for first respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent have no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

serious objection.

3. In view of the said submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
