2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.A3/5293/2015. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 12.10.2016, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.
4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
