ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to issue separate patta in favour of petitioner in respect of land measuring an extent of 5615.16 square feet equivalent 521.66 square meter and the house bearing Door No.9 in Natham Survey No.1028/9, Perumal Sannathy Theru (Agraharam Theru) Naranamalpuram Panchayat within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.D.Nallathambi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 17.10.2016, the Tahsildar inspected the petitioner's property and at the time of inspection, the petitioner was not able to produce documents relating to the property. 4.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without notice to the petitioner, the Tahsildar came for inspection and therefore, he is not in a position to produce all the relevant documents. Now, pursuant to the notice dated 18.11.2016, the petitioner sent all the original documents by registered post.
5.In the above circumstances, the Tahsildar, Tirunelveli Taluk, the fourth respondent herein is directed to consider the above documents and after giving opportunity to the petitioner measure the property, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
