For petitioner : Mr.A.B.Jeeva For Respondent : Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi 1 to 3 & 5 Government Advocate (Crl. Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No. 3 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family.
2.The petition earlier representation dated 18.06.2023 seeking police protection at the hands of the third respondent herein. In the complaint, it is stated that she has an affair with the fourth respondent herein. Due to which, she became pregnant. But later they threatened to abort the child. Now, the above said representation made by the petitioner, is reopened, since it has been stated by the petitioner that because of the pendency of this petition, she has given statement and get order from this Court. Some serious allegations made against the fourth respondent. The above said complaint must be enquired in a proper manner. So far as police protection is concerned, there is no necessity. 3.But however, in respect of the other allegations,, the above said 2/4
complaint must be enquired in a proper manner. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days. Depending upon the out come of the enquiry, further action may be taken by the fifth respondent herein.
