ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey his property situated in Survey No.174/17, Kalakam-2 Village, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.V.G.Vallarasu Chezhiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, the above mentioned property belongs to him. The patta for the said property stands in his name in Patta No.1317. He submitted a representation before the first respondent on 14.05.2025, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already paid the necessary charges and inspite of the same, the request of the petitioner for survey of the property has not been acceded.

5.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submits that the petitioner has not produced the acknowledgment for the submission of the online application. 6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to submit the acknowledgment for the submission of a proper online application before

the first respondent within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the first respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner for survey of the subject property and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of the acknowledgment, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
