O RDER This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 08.07.2021, wherein the petitioner has sought for transfer of the Secretary, Otttapidaram Panchayat.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the written instructions received from the Block Development Officer, Ottapidaram. On going through the same, it is seen that the Secretary has been transferred from Ottapidaram to Valasamuthiram Panchayat. The relevant proceedings dated 08.03.2022 was also produced before this Court.
