Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to approve the petitioner complaint dated 13.07.2022 lodged against New Raise Aalayam Small Financial Banking and consequently direct the third respondent to enquire the same along with the FIR No. 13 of 2022 registered on the file of the fourth respondent. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the first respondent to approve the petitioner complaint dated 13.07.2022 lodged against New Raise Aalayam Small Financial Banking and consequently to direct the third respondent to enquire the same along with the Crime No. 13 of 2022 registered on the file of the fourth respondent. 2/5

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in Crime No.13 of 2022, has been investigated by the fourth respondent and the same was transferred to the file of the third respondent. Therefore, the third respondent is investigating the case.

3.Recording the same, the third respondent police is directed to receive the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.07.2022 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
