This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to appoint an officer to conduct an enquiry and survey, which was conducted on 06.06.2024, by way of considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2024. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

3.When the matter came up for hearing today, it is stated by the learned Government Advocate that 7 feet pathway is in existence. 4.Considering the fact that the suit in O.S.No.172 of 2024 has been filed before the District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram, for the very same relief, the writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to file a necessary application before the appropriate forum.
