PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.14 of 2023 dated 4.2.2023 within the stipulated time as may be fixed this Court.

O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.14 of 2023 dated 4.2.2023 within the stipulated time as may be fixed this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Final Report is made ready on 06.02.2023, but so far, it has not been presented before he concerned trial Court.

3. Let the above said Final Report be presented by the second respondent before the concerned Court immediately.

4. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, to process the above said Final Report within a time stipulated as per rule. After filing of the above said Final Report, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the content of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
