Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that orders in the writ petition WP(MD)No.7260 of 2026 have been obtained behind the back of the petitioner and that the petitioner is already a party to the final decree proceedings in O.S.No.16 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Court, Sivagangai, and suppressing the same, orders have been obtained for survey without making the peitioner herein as party in the writ petition. Hence, he prays to grant leave to file writ appeal.
