When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner already got superannuated from service, he may be granted liberty to file a fresh representation for appropriate relief.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on filing of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of six weeks thenceforth.
