Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the petitioner's salary amount, the petitioner's savings amount, the petitioner's provident amount, the petitioner's amount for the attender in charge for the Bank altogether a sum of Rs.1,43,038.60/- with accrued interest till the date which is pending from 30.09.1999 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2021. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the third respondent will immediately disburse the amount of Rs.90,272.60/- available in the savings bank account of the petitioner. However, as far as other claims which has been raised by the petitioner is concerned, in case of the petitioner approaching the third respondent, the same would be considered.

2.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court hereby direct the third respondent to forthwith disburse the amount available in the petitioner's saving bank account and thereafter, the petitioner directed to make fresh application with respect to his other claims are concerned. The third respondent on receipt of the same, is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
