ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd Respondent to file the final report in Crime No.172 of 2021, dated 3.6.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam in C.C.No.270 of 2023.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the final report, he may work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
