2.The petitioner's land was acquired. Award was passed. The petitioner seeks enhancement. The first respondent has to pass order. 3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned arbitral proceedings and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
