This petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take action, on the basis of the complaint dated 25.08.2021 and 01.09.2021.

2.Even though writ of mandamus for such relief may not lie, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, a case in Crime No.396 of 2021 has been registered against one Mukesh for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 416, 417, 418, 420, 379 and 506 (i) of IPC on 14.09.2021. 3.Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
