ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to transfer the petitioner from the present central prison at Trichy to any other central prison.

2.It is seen from records that the petitioner is an under trial prisoner who is presently confined at Central Prison, Trichy. The petitioner has given a representation dated 16.09.2018 to the second respondent seeking to transfer him from Central Prison, Trichy to any other Central Prison on the ground that there is threat to the life and limb of the petitioner inside the jail.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 16.09.2018 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
