This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 to take action as against the 4th and 5th respondents, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2024.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent on 10.06.2024 as against the respondents 4 and 5. However, the respondent police has not taken any action so far.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction from the respondent police submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the Commissioner of Police and the same was forwarded by the 2/4
Commissioner of Police in C.No.665/PG/CAMP/DLSouth/MC/2024 on 27.05.2024 and after enquiry the same was closed on 05.06.2024.
