ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl OP.(MD). No.7227 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026. 2.The learned counsel for State of Tamilnadu(Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 17.04.2026 till 21.05.2026.

3. It is represented by both sides that on 21.05.2026, while the petitioner was returning from the court, he met with an accident and he is taking treatment in Government Hospital in Dindigul.

4. Considering the above stated facts, it is ordered that upon discharge from the hospital, the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
