Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the third respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.4316/2015/A2, dated 26.09.2016 and to quash the same as illegal.

ORDER
The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the third respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.4316/2015/A2, dated 26.09.2016 and to quash the same as illegal.
2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the fourth respondent.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent would submit that the Thiruppani Committee which has been formed, has already been dissolved by proceedings of the fourth respondent, dated 08.02.2017. A copy of the said communication is produced before this Court.
5.In view of the said submission, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
