PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Theni dated 14.05.2019 in Na.Ka.No.10094/Aa2/2013 as well as the order of the District Elementary Educational Officer dated 08.06.2007 in Na.Ka.No.2359/A2/2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to appoint special officer in exercise of the power under Section 18-A of the Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 1973 for the purpose of establishing a proper management for the Muthalamman Hindu School, Vadapudupatti. 2/5

ORDER
The petitioner is a member of an educational agency, which runs a High School. This writ petition has been filed challenging the orders of the Chief Educational Officer, approving the new educational agency in the year 2019.
2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing it is reported that the petitioner has died. The learned Counsel for the respondents 7 and 8 produced the death certificate of the petitioner. Since the writ petitioner has died, this writ petition is closed as abated. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 06.01.2025 DSK 3/5
